Returns

  • Returns are only accepted for unused, brand-new items in their original condition and packaging. Items that have been used, worn, damaged by the customer, or are not in resalable.
  • Customers must request a return and send the item back within 30 days of receiving the order. Returns requested or shipped after the 30-day period may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Please contact our customer service at sales@chisoonbanner.store with your order number and a description or photo of the issue to start the return process.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.
  • Refund processing time: Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days to your original payment method.
  • We do not charge any restocking fee.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, unusable, or incorrect item), return shipping costs will be covered by CHISOONBANNER.

Non-Returnable Items
